Trilogy injectors what # ?

I'm getting a new set of injectors closest to.stock .
I see 47# Ford Racing injectors closest to stock Trilogy injectors.
I thought the injectors were 39 or 42#'s
Can I run the tune I have if the injectors are off a little?
