Readily available at a Junkyard from a Vic or Marquis
You will have to cut approximately 4" off of each side to fit a Marauder
I've done it and it works just fine

As you prolly found out they are discontinued for the marauder, but the ones for a crown vic can work with a little alteration. Also check ebay, they show up there as well

CertiFit sells a bumper reinforcement which I think is what your are looking for.
