Fuel line clip and tether rusted completely

I watched this fuel line part safety clip and tether slowly degrade. The metal clip is located above the rear axle. Rust killed part # Ford E7AZ-9A317-AA which is very cheap and simple to replace but probably overlooked because it is a no bother no touch part. This clip and tether has rusted to the point where almost no clip integrity was left. :D

Wrong part # for fuel line clip/tether just above rear axle! Any information for correct Ford part # is appreciated?

End the same part # above with BA instead of AA. I will order this part today! Maybe it isn't an important part? Yeah right.

The right part is called a clip & clamp part # F0AZ-9A317-B. It is located right near fuel tank above and behind rear differential.
