least expensive and fastest thing is contact MartyO with your SCT programmer and car PCM info, and get a new tune.
I've had both, you'll love a fresh Mo's tune, with the mods you have.
If not done already, get a set of SS brake lines from TCE - car loves those.
Then Addco front/rear sway bars, aftermarket rear control arms, if you don't have those already, it will feel like a new SPORTS car!
After that, it's all how fast and how mu$h to spend? ;)

You've bought the car with a great head start on Mods.
Gears, CAI and a good tune are the best bang for the buck.
Now the mods get expensive....
I'd go with exhaust mods....headers, 2-1/2" H-pipe and good mufflers would be the next-best mods for the money.
No more blower kits are offered direct from manufacturers, plus you would've been looking at $6,000+ unless you do a parted together Eaton swap.

Sweet!
Throw a good Nitrous kit on it and run it until the OEM engine blows!....LOL

Would anyone be able to inform me on how to correctly install my chin spoiler, are the wholes suppose to line up with the bumper cover or do i need to put holes in my bumper?

You have to drill holes in a bumper that is very rare and hard to replace.
