Some of you might remember a former member snowbird. He had a really nice Black 2003b with a P1sc, the car had seemed to have fallen off the face of the earth around 2009.

I really needed another car like I need another hole in the head.....but couldn't pass it up. I found it quite by accident last week and just finished hammering out the deal on it this morning.

I pick it up Wednesday and it will have to go into storage for the winter. I hope to get at least a week of driving to hammer out any wrinkles it may have. Give it a really good once over etc.....

It was just too much car to pass up, did I say I didn't really need it as I have an 87 GN and two other daily drivers to maintain but......... in the end it was my wife's comments

"it still smells like new, and you are the right owner for this car" there are just over 50,000 miles on it now 85,000 kilometers.

It sat idle almost forgotten from what I can see. I want it to see the light of day again, what I end up doing with it I don't know just yet.

The list of mods is as follows;

- FIT kit 005 Pro-charger P1SC with 2 alternate pullys
Installed in Kansas City by Greg and “silent” Mike
-2 cores Inter-cooler reinstalled hidden behind bumper for stealth purpose
- Very very conservatively tuned by Lidio in Detroit
-methanol injection with heavy duty purpose built Alky Control pump, Snow optioned low indicator reservoir and snow vacuum triggered controller.
-The battery is trunk mounted.
-oversize stainless braided methanol hoses/joints
-Kooks Stainless headers with 2 ½” high flow cats.
- Custom 2 ½” mandrel bent stainless piping and X pipe, dynomax mufflers, Megs tips.
- Strategic back to back 3 bolts header flanges joints had been incorporated for future mods or maintenance.
- Custom made 13” Stainless Works 3” stainless wool filled resonators in the driveshaft tunnel to eliminate cockpit drone in the 1800-2200 rpm range.

There were a couple of time slips in the car 12.53 at 110.XX mph.

I'll get up some pics mid next week, it's covered in about an inch of dust.

Sweet ride!

I'd be interested in seeing a pic of those Custom made 13” Stainless Works 3” stainless wool filled resonators in the driveshaft tunnel to eliminate cockpit drone in the 1800-2200 rpm range.

here you go. I'll get better pics of the car as a whole once it's in my possession.

Good you found it and currently restoring it to glory.

Seems quite a few up there dropped off the face of the earth after making the 2008 Maple Leaf calendar.

I'm happy to hear that the Blue you got from me has been treating you very well. I was patient, looked over a couple and stumbled across this one. I stressed out about it a bit as I really do not need another car but could not get it off my mind. It needed to be saved, LOL!!!

My wife is a great girl for sure, very understanding and no mater how hard I tired to talk myself out of it, I don't need it etc etc, she was the voice of reason.

Great read since I travel to Canada on business often, especially Quebec. Want to read more about this car with its new owner.
