I want to ACTIVATE my nitrous system from the steering wheel. I have the push button switch but can't seem to source a suitable bracket.

The ARMING switch is in the DS door panel.

Haven't tried home depot yet.

Does anyone know of such a bracket? I could swear I've seen the installation used in the movie Fast and Furious but I could be wrong.

Cheers,

I would probably look into having a bracket machined, it will be way better in fit/finish than anything off the shelf.

Just hold it in your hand and depress when it's go time.

$4 door bell at Home Depot LOL

Mine is for the roll control but it could serve your purpose just as well..

Do a search of Carfixer's old posts.
He gave a wiring diagram to run it through the cruise control button.

Why isn't is activated on the throttle body at WOT? On the steering wheel seems a little teenage fantasy to me. If that's the case use a cruise or audio button to make it stealthy.

Sorry for the delay, but life's been busy. Anyway, I found on a Summit on-line site the prefect device. A pistol grip style, 18 gauge, coiled cord, four feet long.
Made by Design Engineering Inc P/N 165050. We wired it in under the carpet with quick disconnect two wire plug from an
RC truck engine. I tested it out and the system activates manually and most importantly, the IAT goes down immediately.
When not in use I just drape the cord over the front of the center console. When in use I just hold the grip in my right hand and set the arm switch to on then when I'm ready press the button for as long as I need. It's only a 50 shot for cooling the intake.

Nitrous activation switch, not exactly, but very close.

Thought of you the other day at Home Depot and snapped a better pic of what I used for my line lock. Same kind of switch. I'm just not a fan of cords.
