Firestone Firehawk Wide Oval AS

Just had a set of these installed on my '04 DTR. What has been anybody else's experience with these tires?

Good actually, they have a decent ride to me and they readily available from most tire places. Price is average at about 140-150 a tire.

being s/c'd I cant really give any advice on traction but hey have been holding up to my abuse for the last year and some change

Great tires, had them longer than any other tire. Quieter, and great in the rain. Held up to auto-crossing very well too

Like mine except I had to have a couple of them warrantied and rebalanced several times for vibration. And I am in the industry.

They are one of the better choices. I thought they had slightly less cornering grip and sidewall strength than the BFG, but pretty good overall.

I like the Firestones. I have bought 2 sets already. I get more mile out of them vs. BFG.
