Need help with door hinges

Hey everyone need some help. I need a door hinge for a 2003 town car and can seem to locate one at a local junk yard. My question is are the Lincoln specific or will other panther platform vehicles work as well like crown Victoria's and grams marquis' in which I see a lot in my area. TIA any help is appreciated

I'd search ebay and craigslist
