I just got a job in Alaska with a start date of December 13th and would like to sell my car to finance the move. The car is currently in central North Carolina. I bought the car back in 2009 while in Iraq, car was purchased out of Roswell New Mexico and when it arrived it had 1972 Alabama plates on it. The Odometer read 57k and the car still had the original plug wires and autolite 'star' plugs. Please contact me via email or phone at 910-890-9599. I can not do text as I do not own a smart phone. I am going to set my FB albums of the cars restoration to public and I hope they can be accessed from here. I have around 16k invested in the restoration not counting labor, average retail for these cars is 18k and that is what I am asking, and it is a firm ask price, I am not much into haggling. The car was restored to as close to original as possible though it has base/clear instead of lacquer paint. I also upgraded to petronix ignition and put cast iron headers on the engine. here are the Albums: https://www.facebook.com/chris.stancil.98/media_set?set=a.3989582376651. 2138861.1193605926&type=3 https://www.facebook.com/chris.stancil.98/media_set?set=a.1329838324712. 2040983.1193605926&type=3 https://www.facebook.com/chris.stancil.98/media_set?set=a.1775532786795. 2085787.1193605926&type=3 https://www.facebook.com/chris.stancil.98/media_set?set=a.1694587203206. 2078385.1193605926&type=3 https://www.facebook.com/chris.stancil.98/media_set?set=a.1192107761534. 2028431.1193605926&type=3 https://www.facebook.com/chris.stancil.98/media_set?set=a.10205264013538 561.1073741830.1193605926&type=3&uploaded=5

You picked the right place for marauder enthusiasts. There is a section for these older ones too so no worries. If your Iraq duties were from one if the armed services, thanks for your service. I would also look at Hemings.com as they were the ****nit long before the internet. Hemmings motor news is a long standing old car and parts publication for people looking to buy and sell.

Engine? Auto?

1963 Mercury Marauder S55 for sale. This vehicle is about middle way between average and high condition but there are still a few issues that need to be fixed. There were only 2300 of these cars every produced and this is the only one in Black Cherry/White interior I have ever seen my restoration research. The car currently has 59,000 original miles with only an upgrade to the ignition system and an 8k Radatron tach as for modifications. I am asking $18,000 firm and will take no less of an offer. Most everything is new, 390/300hp, power steering, power brakes, and factory AC, it also has factory installed seatbelts with Mercury buckles. Email or call in person I do not return text messages. nine one zero - eight nine zero - nine five nine nine....... I will type this one more time for those who can't seem to follow simple directions. EMAIL or CALL DIRECTLY I am not going to punch buttons on this damn flip phone to have a conversation with someone who most likely will not follow through on a purchase.. it isn't hard people, there are only 2 choices.

Do you have the warranty plate info? (trans, rear codes, etc.)

Beautiful car.

Body: 63C Color: X Trim: 60 Date: 12F Axle: 5 Trans: 4 You can go here to decrypt it.. http://www.mercurystuff.com/1963-monterey-vehicle-identification.html The interior trim was painted to the correct code as well, however the Dash Pad was way to bad to keep and all I could find to replace it were those plastic covers so it currently just has a steel dash painted Lt. Rose with no pad.
