Been a month since I've started the MM and water came out and what appears to be oil in it. Left it running for an hour, should I be worried!!:dunno::dunno::dunno: :dunno::dunno::dunno:

After sitting that long, probably not, could just be condenstation. Check radiator to make sure no oil is in the cooling system. I wouldn't sweat it.

Water vapor is a by-product of combustion. The exhaust system was cold from sitting. The water condensed in the pipes and then got pushed out as it pooled by the exhaust gases. The "oil" could have been the combustion residue which coats the exhaust pipes.
Checking the water in the radiator is sound advice. If it looks clean (and green), relax.
If you see tan gum, get thee to a mechanic... pronto!

Also check the oil on the dipstick after you stop. If the oil looks normal you are ok if it looks creamy then you could have a problem.

After all above checks out, get out of the freeway afterward and let her run out a while.

One of the worst things for a larger car is the short in town drives (and stops) where this condensation never gets dried up and sits in the pipes.

^^^what he said^^^, However, I define "a while" as a road trip to NE Louisiana where you can drop the MM off. Make sure you have a return ticket.:lol::lol:

One minor correction: your coolant may be either green or gold depending on the exact built date...if early, it will be green.
