Ever seen this happen

Getting my flomaster 40s swapped to super 40s delta's today. Due to loud rattle at idle from passager muffler. So tech removes driver's side 1st and I notice you can see str8 through it.

Completely gutted out. The 40s been on the car since I own it. Sounded great. Now the new super 40 are going it hope my they sound good compared to the str8 flow through 40s I'm removing.

I had a similar situation years ago where the "baffle" came loose inside

Really never seen flomaster do that. Completely rusted out. Well the super 40s sounds great way less interior noise, but still enough to have nice level inside sound. Exterior sounds great. deeper & even more throaty. Love them

The jackweed that did my exhaust back in June threw a gnarly piece of pipe in my muffler. I lived with that dang rattle until I finally went to a better shop & got help!
