Looking to replace my Aeromotive Stealth p/n 11142 that went bad. Anyone know the part number of the AEM pump I should buy?

My Aeromotive has problems and I don't trust it. Turns out, others have had issues with this pump as well.

This gives me that warm fuzzy feeling inside about installing my Aeromotive pump with more and more people having issues with them. May try to off load it and get the AEM unit.

One of the threads listed above was mine. Turned out to not be my pump. It was the line leaving the pump gave up. Pump still good after 2 years

When you installed your pump, did you leave the factory plastic hose after the pulsator? And that was the line that was the culprit? Or was it the supplied line with the pump.

I just did one 2 weeks ago on a MM and that second hose was brittle on a 50k car, just goes to show ethanol is not only eating the hoses on my chain saw and leaf blowers, it's eating the factory tank hoses on these too

It was the supplied rubber hose that burst.

I went with the GT car improved pump, easy swap, supposedly good to about 450 without a boost-a-pump. I'll go with duals when I turn the knob up.

When I replace the pump, do I keep or remove the plastic pulsator just upstream of the pump? Ive seen pics with it both present and removed.
