I had a pulley on my serpentine belt going bad and the inside of it is scored so it won't allow me to replace with new bearings. It is a 63.5mm 6 rib grooved pulley and it's steel. I've searched on google and all I've found is the thermoplastic pulley and I'm a little lery of using it. I've looked at a stock pulley size to but that's too big for my setup. Can anyone help point me in the right direction on where to find one? I'd really appreciate it.

Lidio gave me a place in Texas that makes custom pullies.
I ordered my 2.8" upper from them .
I wish I could remember the name of it.

That is a power steering pulley and you could mill it down to press fit a bearing
Maybe Jerry could cut it down for you?

Even if he did all of that the offset of the pulley is wrong.

A 2006 Dodge Charger with a 3.5L v6 has that pulley, but it's plastic.... I needed one for my trilogy accessory belt about 90,000 miles ago... I also wanted steel but all I could find was plastic... it's still spinning fine.

Thanks buddy!
Jerry said he can make me one. I'm shipping mine to him Monday. I appreciate all the suggestions guys!
I always go on the Napa website and spend some time finding custom stuff.
If you key in the correct search terms, it's not too bad
I've had success fiding pulleys, idler pulleys, bearings etc... at industrial supply stores.
I've used the thermo plastic pulleys without issue as well.
As Zack mentioned Napa also has all sorts of pulleys listed as well.
