As the title states my blinkers and hazards quit working. When they are activated the turn signal lights in instrument cluster don't come on but if headlights are on the side light activates. I've checked the fuses 12 & 22 under the dash and they are fine. Is there a different fuse to check before I go to replacing the turn flasher? Thanks for any suggestions.

Sounds like the LCM called it quits, i think Ford did a recall on them , call the dealer and look into getting it replaced.

The recall was just for the headlights.

Chris, The LCM I upgrade for you years ago only had the headlight relay upgraded. Now I also upgrade the other three relays in the unit. Take it out, send it to me and I'll upgrade the other three internal relays to 15amp units, just pay the return shipping.
LCM Removal:
The LCM is about the size of a brick and is located just to the right of the steering column, in front of the gas pedal.
There are 3 electrical connectors on the LCM.
Remove the bottom two connectors by depressing the tabs and pulling on the connectors.
Remove the 2 mounting screws with a 7mm nut driver or socket.
Push the LCM towards the gas pedal while rotating it up towards the roof. Once it’s free of the bracket, pull the back of the LCM down towards the floor.
You should now be able to release the last electrical connector.
Just reverse the steps for re installation.
Use one of the 7mm screws to secure the external relay to the LCM bracket.
BTW.... there is no way to replace the flasher as it's internal to the LCM.

Thanks Jim.
Can I pay you for a new one so I'm not without my lights? I'll pay for it if you can refund whatever the diff is when you get mine in return. Just curious.

It's that easy ? I have a spare one that I need to put in my crown Vic spot but was thinking it was a lot harder to do
