Oem is not, I know who has a black one with a carmotorsports emblem on it. Oem grille in like new condition. Not cheap though.

An OEM grille.... It's like pot of gold, everyone's heard about it but no one actually has seen it.

Embassy has one for sale, oem black. It's listed in his ad in the for sale section.

Embassy only has a near mint used black grille with carmotorport badge on it. If you want to try aftermarket, I've had good luck with Certifit for crown vic stuff before.

I recently had good luck with a aftermarket grille from rockauto. had to repaint it but it fit pretty good
