Since you say it has alot more miles, you might want to try Mobil-1 High Mileage 5W-30 like I do. The high mileage says something along the lines, "for engines over 75,000 miles.

20 weights are a bit thin for maximizing protection. 30-40 are better for protecting, I suggest 5w if you ever start your engine below freezing, 10w if you wont ever start it below freezing.

If you are sure it has had good maintenance all it's life use what you wish!!
My motor had 256K miles on it when bad fuel trashed it!!:bigcry: We tore it down and all the block required was honing and the crank was still perfect....WOW!! Mains and rod bearings looked NEW....amazing!!
I have used Mobil I 5W20 or 5W30 and Motorcraft filters every 5K miles since new!!:burnout:
Oh....and the last 174K miles were with the ProCharger!!:D
Good Luck!!

We haven't had an oil thread in way too long...
fordnut02, what exactly does "a lot more miles" mean?
Mary's Marauder just turned 195,000 and uses Quaker State Ultimate Durability 5W-30...burns less than a quart in 5,000 miles.
