Hi everyone
I'm in the processing of Rebuilding my Engine with a 5.0L Stroker kit, And I well changed all the gaskets of course, putting a Melling Billet oil pump, EMP/Stewart water pump, I'll replace the Valve Seals and timing component.
I've read a lot in this awesome forum and really getting a lot of useful info, But I got confused on the BOLTS that need to be changed once the car is rebuild!
I'll buy a new FRPP head bolt, But what about the other bolts like Camshaft, Flexplate, Main Side, Harmonic Balancer and Main Stud.
Please give me an advice for a must to change with a budget! because an ARP bolts is pricey.
I forgot to say that the car has 160K miles and my goal in the 600 hp range.
Thank you everyone really for the big help :)

Amongst other things.
As for head bolts, best deal I've found is the Ford Racing cylinder head kit.

Yes I know it says non S/C but a light coat of copper spray and your good for north of 800.

ARP head studs. ARP rod and main bolts. Reuse the OEM side bolts. Then you won't have to change them again next rebuild because the ARP bolts are reusable.

That what I ordered for my rebuild, but only the head bolts that need to be changed?

I'll use the FRPP head bolts instead of the studs, of course I’ll use ARP rod bolts, But the ARP main studs is 253$ is there's any other brand like FRPP for the Main bolts?
Thank you all everybody

Off the top of my head I know the 4 cam gear bolts and balancer bolt are TTY. I've reused in a pinch without fail before but at only $4 each at the dealer and usually in stock I normally replace.

I bought ARP for the blower cams I ended up removing... Now I have oversized cam gear ARP bolts in the bins at home. Story of my life. [emoji6]

They were off by over 15% bank to bank and wouldn't even come close to degreeing when I finally tried a year after install. On the shelf till I decide further action. Boy I miss the sound.

I spent a day per side getting mine degreed. They're within 1/2 degree side-to-side now. I did it by filing the gears, trial and error... PITA.

If you're going blown you shouldn't use the Ford Racing head changing kits. Ford Racing themselves suggest not using it on a forced induction setup. Get a good set of head gaskets like Cometic or Fel Pro and then get as many ARP products as you can get. Head studs, Main studs, etc etc.

As much as I like you, this is completely incorrect.
Fel-Pro MLS, Cometic MLS or Ford MLS (which I believe is made by Fel Pro) are all the same.
The only difference between an 03-04 Cobra head gasket (as opposed to an NA version) is a coating similar to Copper Spray a gasket.
You can get FelPro 1141L and Fel Pro 1141R at Advance Auto for less than 80 bucks with discount codes.

Is it the same gasket that I have? or still I need to get the fel Pro 1141?
What a about the head bolt that I have with the kit! do I still need the
ARP 2565701 4-Bolt Main Stud?
Sorrry but I got confused.

Then why does Ford Racing suggest you not use their head rebuild kit with forced induction? It's on their website: http://fordperformanceracingparts.com/parts/part_details.asp?PartKeyField= 5581
"Contains all components necessary for changing cylinder heads on 1996-2004 4.6L 4V Mustang naturally aspirated engines (not supercharged)" You would think they wouldn't want to take away potential sales unless there was SOME reason why it was different.
