Hood Shocks/Hood Lift Supports

I have a cowl fiberglass hood. I need to know which hood shocks for which hood supports I can use to keep my hood open? I know the factory wants are too strong. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you, the lift supports work great. No more pole to keep the hood up.
