ProRauder is getting work done!

I was hoping to have a couple teaser pics, but the PRI show in Indy complicated that.

Regardless, I'm finally getting the last of the mods done to ProRauder. I heard today they got the factory K member out and are preparing the front for all new suspension and modifying the frame rails.

I just talked to him last week , he wasn't sure of the fitment , i like his headers. The frame rails are notched to clear them, so factory would not fit without modification. I spoke with them too and they said they *could* make a set if they had a car down there to work with. Notching the rails was quicker.

Getting closer. The huge Holley pump with twin -12 feeds is in and the controllers are mounted and wired in the trunk.

The wiring is all done in on the dash and everything is hooked up to the BigStuff3. Dan is moving to the engine compartment to pull the front cover and make sure the 24 tooth trigger wheel was reinstalled correctly and time the new turbo cams. Then it hits the rollers.

Oh, and the Hyperaktive HyperKontrol (http://www.hyperaktiveps.com/boost-management/hyperkontrol-boost-management-system) boost management system has been wired in as well. We've got it set so that when it's turned off, the system will run on the 8lb. springs. When on, it will go up to 32lb. Giggity!

The big honkin intercooler is now in place and hooked up. Still have to put the clamps on the silicone hoses. The radiator, shroud and fan will be placed between it and the engine. Just need to finish the timing first before it is mounted.

Dan also has some nice fender plates for the front bumper exhaust exits. Pictures after it hits the dyno.

The car will. I ordered the truck with the 6.2L gas engine. They want $9000 to upgrade to the 6.7L diesel and that was just too much.

Finally got some dyno time on the build Friday. Happy? you bet!

On the first pull, Dan loaded the last program into the BigStuff3 that we did when it still had the 6-71 blower as that was a good baseline to start with. The goal was to build a pump-gas tune because we both knew the stock TH400 would not hold it and there was no need to scatter it or the converter on the dyno. Dan said not to expect much as the tune was way fat from when the old blower was only making 520 to the wheels with no intercooler. We had to start somewhere.

Anyway, it was fat as expected, but what was *not* expected is to get 250+ more rwhp and 160+ more torque with 10lbs less boost that the old blower. It blew through that converter like it wasn't even there. So add a new converter to the list of things needed this winter. Engine made 1000+ crank hp on 18lbs. of boost on pump gas.

Over the next several hours, Dan got the A/F dialed in and we settles on 655 rwhp @ 12lbs of boost, again for just the street driven pump gas portion of the program.

Per Dan, when we do the 110 tune with the new converter and trans, he told me to spec a PTC converter to hold 1800-2000 crank hp.

It was a good day.
