Hey everyone,

Thank you to those that replied. We still have 18 orders that need to be replied to BEFORE we can make the revised renderings. Those that said approved are done, no need to worry. Those asking for any sort of changes, whether a colon, hashtag or capital lettering change, just need to be a bit patient. :) Once everyone replies....we make renderings 2 and send for approval. Hopefully those are great and at 100% approval, we make them!!

can't wait to take pictures of all of them for you folks!

Thanks Buzz Killington! You bring up some very good points. Though the plaque in the picture has double sided tape on it. I have some 401 Loctite at work I might be able to use. That s**t pulls skin off! One way or another, I will find a way.

I'm also going to round the corners of the badge to match the etching line.

I can't tell you how unhappy I am with your packaging! So you use a giant envelope, with no protection to the plaque itself other than a plastic baggie! How big do you think mailboxes are? Let me tell you, they're smaller than the GIANT envelope you put it in! Needless to say it was bent one way on one corner, and another way on another corner! I've had baseball cards sent in bubble mailers that were flatter than the plaque! I paid and have waited almost two months for this, and it's just CRAP!!! Pull your head out of your ass, and think about this for future customers! Something tells me I'm not going to be the only one complaining about this!

Got the Plaque today, the "Marauder" lettering is blurred, looks like it was fixed with a sharpie marker. It's the same way as in the photo You sent Me so I guess it's My fault I didn't mention that.

I apologize if the envelope was too large, but if there was ANY damage we can file a claim with USPS as the packages are insured and get you a brand new plaque, that's not a problem at all.

That is not a blur, it is the contour and texture effect with a drop shadow which was shown on every image posted and approved by everyone.

I received one of the two I ordered yesterday and it looks awesome and luckily I've had none of the issues some of you guys have had. Still aren't sure of a location yet but I may wait until I I have my motor built and put one on the valve cover like the SVTs. The other I may just keep it next to my FPG certificate.

Why cover up the compass? Send me the compass and I'll fix it for you.

You can put the badge on the center console, radiator support sight shield, cam cover, vacuum tank, Power Distribution Box cover, the end of the overhead console, etc. be creative.

It is unharmed and the print looks fine, and as approved.
I do see the risk of a postal carrier bending the large envelope, damaging the plaque.
Please send them in a smaller envelope, secured with heavier carboard or bubble wrap.

Got mine over the weekend, one corner was ever slightly bent, bent it back with no issue, plaque looks great otherwise!!!
I think more padding would help. I've seen what the packages go through in the HUBS...:eek::eek::shake::shake :

Perhaps you misunderstood. If we think all is shipped, we move to next orders. If there is something wrong that needs to be brought to our attention, yes, it's for the customer to let us know so we can resolve it and posting on a forum asking about itttakes longer than emailing directly so we get all your info instead of a screen name asking for something.:beer:

Finally receiced my badges today after my friend in Kentucky forwarded them to me in Germany and I have to report an error.

I ordered one Gods Head Logo which is absolutely fine and one Waterfall Logo which has totally different info on it.
Did you perhaps confuse those badges and sent mine to another person?

This is correctly printed on the God Head Logo badge, however on my Waterfall Logo badge which should have the same details it says:

What can you do to make this right? And who has car #4614 that I could send this badge to?

That sounds good, although I'm afaird that this time I would need shipping directly to Germany. I will email you my info, I saw that you offer new badges in black now which look even nicer than the silver ones so perhaps I'll order another two of those that you could send with the replacement one.

It should be noted that the vendor Autobadges.com is no looking offering their Marauder dash plaques. In fact all of their Marauder related items have completely vanished from their website.

When asked if they would still be able to do a run for me I was given a rude reply and they even denied ever making these dash plaques.

Admin team should think about deleting them from this forum.
