KC We will use Ford 4.6L 4V coil covers (made of aluminum) and CnC the top surface until they are blank or buy blanks and use a CnC machine to write what we want, powder coat and whallah! In the end, they will look nice, but not be a God's head Colex work of art.

if you are using the stock 4v cop covers they are cast aluminum.

powder coat away because you will never get a billet aluminum finish out of the surface.

over the holidays i will do some cmm work and get the ball rolling

down side is i only like doing things once :eek: so after one run i doubt i'll do more, it gets boring.

custom engraving can be done but if it's anything other than a standard lettering format it gets expensive.
