What is the recommended sending unit to use, to make the console engine oil gauge read in real time? Does the console gauge have to be changed also, or just the engine sending unit?

How do I go from CD 1 to another of the 6 discs in the changer, without listening to them all in order 1-6? Numbered buttons at bottom of radio faceplate don't seem to do this function? Would like to be able to jump around the discs, aftermarket units use the numbered buttons for this function.
I got a weird intake combo going on here but boy the engine noise has increased alot and so had the power as a result, K&N Marauder Intake piping with a 03-04 Cobra filter assembly and a Drycharger to cover it up. Yes im aware the partition is on the wrong side, its a good cushion against the wiper tank and I dont believe its going to affect IAT that much, If I were actually concerned about that I`d get an intercooler. ...
