Well we made it again! The only issue was a water pump gasket on the last run. Four people drove her. Four people missed third gear! Gotta do some thing about that as I was one of them! the best time was 11.641. We all had a riot with the car. Sixty foot times when I drove it were. 1.66 1.68 1.69 so that part is getting pretty good!

...I never heard of an issue with an FE water pump gasket. Is it under the cover, or the mounting gaskets (I use studs to help align & install the pump)?

Dale it is just a bolt on water pump. This is the second time a gasket let go on that spot. It did last year when we first changed the motor. I have no idea why!
