Part number for pcv hose adapter

Does anyone have the part number or know where to get the rubber adapter that does from the plastic pcv hose to the intake manifold? Mine is dry rotted and has been leaking for a while now and I just realized it after my car kept dying.

I ordered the part. It is my daily driver and I definitely care about keeping it nice. I've got it temporarily rigged right now but I don't like it for a permanent fix. This must have been an issue for a long time, because the car feels more powerful now. Such a silly way to be driving around, but my car typically does sit for weeks and months at a time while I'm on business trips.

Come on, now. The man found the part for you.

Look at the picture - the p/n is shown on the part itself.

Thank you, Zack. I bought some temporary over -the-counter reading glasses so I can use my phone and laptop again.
