In the meantime you could also check to make sure relay 201 for the horn is working. Switch it with another existing one.

I'll buy the servo from you if indeed it is not the issue. Or at least confirm that you got one that works. It will take all of about 10-12 seconds to test and see if the horn works.

Well, I installed the servo last night and tested it out on a beer run. Still no cruise control. Also, the servo I bought is not a direct fit. It's designed to connect to a different throttle body. I had to secure it into place with a zip tie. It was my first time out with the JLT installed, though. It sounded so awesome to open the throttle.

Guess I'll be checking other stuff now, and I'll get the servo ready for sale.

Just to make clear, it did connect to the throttle body just fine, but the sheath had to be zip tied so it wouldn't move.

I would think it a possibility you got a bad servo. My offer stands to try mine. If the servo isn't the issue, I will buy it from you.

Yeah, I'll poke at a few more things this afternoon once I get back from having the rear cat delete done. I'll see about testing that relay, but I'm sure it's more of a wiring issue if both the cruise and horn are out. Want to get it fixed before Marauderville.

    Fixed.

Also, don't drink the koolaid and pay over $40 for the cats removed! That's all I payed at Velasquez and sons. They have many locations.

I've seen them along Rte 31 in Aurora. I had it done plus some patching for a few issues I hadn't noticed before. All done for $100. Works for me considering I paid $65 last year just to have a flange cut out and pipe welded in on my Buick.

And I'd like to hit up Louisville, but I won't be able to make it.

I bought a modded FPDM from RacerX. Worked great until suddenly the fuel pump stopped coming on. Contacted Bill (RacerX) who advised me to swap out the horn relay (201) for the fuel pump relay (203) and it fixed the issue. So yeah, those relays do fail. Funny thing is the old fuel pump relay still operated the horn. I dunno.....

Even if the servo is ok I would advise hoarding the part. It will most likely fail at some point in the future... If $$ is an issue, I will certainly buy it from you.

No, not yet. The weather around Chicago has completely sucked, and when it hasn't I didn't have the time.

I've been driving mine a lot. Haven't seen a salt truck in a long time. Anyway, looking forward to seeing the results.

Been seeing too much snow, rain, and cold out around Aurora on days I've had the time. Today, though, I was able to get started on fixing the front lights, but all I've really done is pull the lamps off so I could clean and polish them before adding the tinted Xpel film I ordered.

Ok, so I found the wiring diagram I've been looking for, but this isn't as clear as I had hoped. I thought I had found one before that was easier to read. Anyway, this points out that the horn and cruise control have the same wire. It looks like it should be dark blue going in and dark green/orange going out.

Does anyone know the correct Ford part # number for this servo module ?
