    What model car is this?

    =
    1957 Custom 2 dr Sedan, 1979 F-series 14' U-Haul 330 XD, 1979 F150 4X4 428 PI/CJ heads/NP 435/4:11 axles-rear Det. Lkr., 1993 Grand Marquis, Y2K CVPI supercharged 5.4, 2003 MM

The more I learn, the more I find out I don't know.

    Confusion will be my epitaph...

Home of the Berserker Marauder, one of the ancient Norse warriors legendary for working themselves into a frenzy before a battle and fighting with reckless savagery and insane fury, held to be invulnerable...shirtless regardless of wounds...(possibly due to ingestion of psychotropic and hallucinatory drugs such as Fly Agaric Mushrooms)...

    Any updates?

I took one of those die date test and I only have 39 years left. I have Vegas working on the Odds I will live long enough to see your build completed.

I will post them once they are released.

NA is finished except for a fuel control issue. We need to regulate the fuel for the return system to match needs of idle - full throttle. Any ideas? Once done, the car can be base tuned for 1000 mile break-in. The motor sounds awesome.

Then, tune for max NA performance (try to beat Fordnut at 378 rwhp), install SW full exhaust system and dyno (early July). I am having full knee replacement surgery in early June, so I will be out of commission for many weeks.

BRG Racing will build the custom steel hood. Without it, I cannot mount the Kenne Bell blower, parts and re-tune for low 500 rwhp. (July)

    Fuel pressure too high?

It idle you're dumping all the fuel from those massive pumps back into the tank. Is the return line large enough? I seem to recall he re-purposed the evap canister line. What kind of regulator are you using, Aeromotive? Is it referenced to manifold vacuum? KC should know all this.

Bypass fuel systems are not complicated, if the pressure is too high either the regulator is broken or enough fuel isn't dumping to the tank. My guess is you have too much pump for your return line.

I have all new 1/2" fuel lines. The fuel pressure regulator is the Injector Dynamics F750. I will ask if it is referenced to the manifold vacuum.

Wow! You are coming into home stretch.

    Please keep us posted.

There is flow and there is pressure, check the flow.

You need to disconnect the vacuum line and set your static pressure on the regulator with the car running. Set it to around 48 psi as a starting point. Once your good, re connect the vacuum line and verify it reads 39-40 PSI.

Once you add boost, add 1 PSI for every pound of boost to 40 (approximate) as your new static target number.

Can't wait until yours is done man. I am swapping out my headers, MAF to pass CA smog tired of paying the mod tax every 2 years if I do a blower it will be Vortech non IC so I can get the Carb EO tag then do an IC separately. I don't know of any other build like this on the Left coast. you better enter that mofo in good guys next year where I'll join u

Chayton and Lifespeed have similar setup. Lifespeed bought the oil cooled version of the ADTR Vortech blower and has a custom Livernois 5.3L Stroker with forged internals. To my knowledge, I will be the only Cali Marauder with Kenne Bell 3.2LC Mammoth.
