When I hit upload, the manage attachments page comes up, sum of all attachments by curless shows in red and it says 24.47 MB... under that the normal browse parts are there, I can select a photo from my computer, but when I hit upload it does nothing...

Same thing happens to me. I go through the same process that I have used for years then click the "Upload" button and nothing happens ... No upload, No Error message, No nothing !! I figured it was related to losing my Flags !!

Chris, can you email me screen shots of the error messages you may get? As long as your photos are 100kb or less, it should have worked. You only have 4 pics in the Photo Gallery and 276 as attachments.
I just upped the size of the jpg file size to 150k.
