I haven't and most folks including the original folks from the development team would say not worth it.

Unless your moving a crap ton of air 2 1/4" is sufficient for NA and 2 1/2" will handle most blown situations.

Got 3" from the headers to mufflers with 2.5" over the axles. If it was my choice I would've stayed 2.5" the whole way, but I needed exhaust & that's how the Stainless Works system came.
