    Trilogy Pulley Play

I am getting a little noise in the Trilogy supercharger at start up. After removing the SC belt I noticed that the pulley has some free-play right to left for about 1/8th of a rotation. Is this normal? If not, what would be my best course of action. Thanks....
BTW, the SC seems to be working fine.

Drain the oil, gently pry the snout off, replace the cupler, replace the snout, and refill with oil.

Snout rebuild can be found. Look for a Magnuson MP112 gen 1 kit.

If your mechanically able, replace the bearings while your at it. Bearings are probably fine as long as the SC doesn't make any noise

Unless I’m mistaking the Trilogy snout won’t clear the adaptor plate like an Eaton does and requires blower removal. It’s been awhile so I could be wrong.

I just rebuilt my snout and had to remove the assembly due to the lower bolts. Its about a six hour job.
