I feel the same way. Way replace what isn’t broke? So much waste in this world anymore. When I was a teen we rebuilt starters, alternators, calipers, and whatever else we could! Money was tight as I recall. Either the parts companies got greedy or people got lazy as rebuilding seems to be a thing of the past.
And to think back then we didn’t have YouTube to make us an overnight know it all..
