    No am/fm

Factory radio won't play radio, in dash CD and changer work, any ideas, bought another factory radio from a member and tried a new antenna. Any advice would be appreciated.

Well known issue...get a Ford Escape 6CD audiophile unit or get yours repaired.

It may be cheaper just to buy one on eBay. Thats what I did - it was plug and play and chapter than the repair bill.

Yes, it seems most of the OEM MM radio units eventually lose their FM capability. Most owners either switch to an aftermarket like a Pioneer double-din or grab an 05 Ford Escape Audiophile radio unit from a local yard. The Audiophile unit is plug-n-play and your steering wheel controls will work with it as well.

Thanks for the help guys, the gentleman that sold me the radio is a member here, I'll assume he didn't know it was a bad one.
