blisters from russle braided fuel lines?

So I recently built a 4.6 for my 05 crown vic sport. This has been my very 1st build. Some small nice goodies were added and of course Marty and Jeff took care of remotely data logging my car and tuning it for me. Few small issues that are currently being taken care of like car over heating while in traffic with AC on. Have to burp the coolant system 1st before replacing parts. So that's one. Secound issue and this one worries me alittle. So I installed Russel braided steel fuel hose, victor Jr intake manifold and edelbrock fuel rails. Ive been finding what seems to look like tiny pimples/blisters coming out from in between the strands of the hose. I keep wiping it down. once I drive the car for for a few, they are back. I thought that it was a ground issue so I grounded both fuel rails and nothing changed.

    Any ideas guys?

I do have pics but ive tried posting and even resizing image but not working for me.

Looks like condensation, fuel is cold from tank engine, engine bay is hot, humid in summer. Is it wet? Does it smell like fuel?

Hose came with the edelbrock intake manifold kit that chris at ADTR.NET sells. I beleive its the proflex hose which is with the synthetic rubber.

Summit racing brand would be fine...just get ptfe (Teflon lined) Rubber was fine for leaded fuels and early unleaded..but now with ethanol mixed need ptfe to eliminate chemical reactions.
