procharger centripetal supercharger extra idler pulley question.

I want to add an extra idler between the alternator and the power steering pump to reduce the belt slap there. Does anyone have any details / specifics regarding the pulley, spacer, or the flange bolt required?

The idler spacer / bushing is proving very difficult to find around my city.

If anyone has a known part # or source for these items that would be very helpful.

I believe Zack and Blazen71 had posted about this in the past but I can't find these posts.

    Thanks!

lji372 sells the stand-off. PM him. Then get a smooth idler pulley. Can’t remember the size but I think there’s only 2 diameters. Get the smaller. Use a longer bolt or use a stud like I did. If there’s a big lip on your water pump pulley you may need to machine or grind it down if your new idler hits it.
You "feel" the difference because you want to "feel" the difference. Since you just spent money on the upgrade you "have" to feel the difference

I'm looking to eliminate the double pump process I have to follow right now to get the pedal hard

Will do thanks for the replies. I have had zero luck trying to get an m8-1.25 male to female stand-off bolt here locally. For now I am going with a slightly shorter belt the 1073 vs the 1080. (I'm currently running the 3.70 super charger pulley).

There are 2 pulley diameters a 70 mm and a 76 mm, the 70 mm is definitely the one that's needed for this as blazen71 mentioned the clearance issue around the water pump pulley.

I will pm lji372 for the stand-off bolt. (hopefully I can figure out how to send a msg, lol!)

I’m using a gates RPM 108 belt with a 3.4 pulley and stock tensioner. Puts the tensioner at 50% travel, perfect for rpm belt. No slip at all!
