You can go replace the air bags with either Suncore or Arnott. You can find them on eBay and Amazon as well as some aftermarket stores. There is a difference of opinion. Most say to keep the car stock with the air ride system and simply replace the air bags. Others who use their MM as their daily driver don't want to deal with finding their car's suspension down on the ground one morning when they need to get to work or drive the kids to school. Ultimately, it's your choice.

Just replaced my air ride compressor today, brand new from Suncore, looks great and started right up when I plugged it in. Not the same part you need but I would recommend the company for air ride parts.

There is a post by me in the suspension forum. I just had new bags replaced with the Arnott heavy duty limo bags. They were + or - $10 more each I think.

instead of plastic center, they are aluminum (metal), and pretty dang sexy compared to the original.

And to answer your original question, Bags 154%... Not coils.

The Air Ride system always levels Marauder too. Air Ride reportedly rides better also, according to those who have driven Marauders, both with and without Air Ride.

What is the part #? The website only list the Grand Marquis and not Marauder. How is the ride with those bags are they stiffer?

See full write up in this same forum. A-2220, metal base vs plastic, thicker badass bag, suggest new rear shock/strut replacement at same time.
