Question Adjustment for the door cam?

Getting tired of being kneecapped everytime I open the door to get out. I park on a slight hill which makes the door swing back closed or at least it wants to. Is there an adjustment to tighten the hinge cam lobe or is a new hinge the only recourse? Perhaps a remedy I haven't thought of. I can't park nose down the hill as the trunk will fill with water in the rain.

It's not a weather-stripping issue per say. It's a height disparity between the metal rib under the weather-stripping and depth of the corners (how much water they will hold) when the car is parked nose down hill. Found this out the hard way when the SB was new.

By the way Happy Birthday Anniversary
