Best Timing chain kit

Hey Guys, First post.

I just got an '03 MM with 125k miles. I heard that the timing chains and guides can be a common issue with these cars. Should I change them? How involved is this install and is there anything tricky I should look for?

Also, where is the best place to get parts? I want genuine Ford OEM or better.
