    Restoring My Marauder

Hi everybody. I have a 2004 Marauder in black and light flint interior with 238 K miles on it. Love the car to death but at 15 years old it need work. The undercarriage is showing some rust but not to the point of needing to replace any floor or frame. So I need this redone. Also, I have a left front fender rusty which needs replacing. I want to get the entire car repainted to look like it did the day I took delivery from the factory. Also need a little upholstery work on driver's seat. Have a little rust starting on right rear quarter panel near the door so hopefully that can be repaired, not replaced. I live in Southeastern Pennsylvania near Philadelphia and am very close to Central and Southern New Jersey. I would be interested if anyone has done restoration work from my area and can recommend a Marauder specialist for this task.

Also, I would be interested in anyone who had any kind of restoration work done, what it cost, any problems or concerns I should know about ?

Appreciate immensely any feedback on this.

the marauder is not different cosmetically that any other vehicle any good reputable body shop can repair it. Looking for a marauder specialist body shop is going to be near impossible as thats just not feasible from a business stand point.

depending on the condition of the paint now will determine just how much needs to be stripped in order to paint it. Figure 200 for the fender 800 for the back quarter repair 2500 in prep work and 3500 to paint. If you want to blast and under coat the bottom side figure about 1500 on top of parts removal (sometimes trans rear end and drive shaft need to be removed so figure another 1200 for R&R.

I would estimate about $7500 on the low side and $10k on the high side but it just depends on how in depth you want to go and what all it needs exactly.
