Nitto 420s front and back. Anyone running this?

I'm interested in the 420s since they are SUV tires. I figure they will be better suited for the weight of the Marauder. I'm looking for an all season tire.

    255/50/18 are 28.00 dia"

    255/55/18 are 28.94" dia

That is 3.3% difference which should be adequate.

    Anyone run this combo?

They do make a 235/55/18 that are 28.23" dia which is a 2.5% difference which is not quite enough.

    I'm open to recommendations!

I’ve used the same set on the rear for around 40,000 miles and absolutely love them for dry and wet traction. They wore 100% even and are pretty much slicks now and still provide very decent traction!

They used to be all the rage around here when the options were more slim.

a 29.5 inch tall tire will look massive out back, the LTX is an all season truck tire.

I know we use "SUV" tires but we're pushing towards just putting an all terrain on the back soon.

You can still get tires in a 245/55 size, hell I think Michelin makes the "Pilot4SUV" which is a summer performance tire in the OEM rear size, pair that with a pilot 4S in a 235/50 size up front and it'd grip better than the factory tires ever could.

I am running the Michelin Pilot sport 225/50 front and the 235/50 rear. I would like to go up in size. Tire Rack list the Michelin Premier LTX as a Crossover/SUV Touring All Season. I live in Missouri and the summer
tire doesn't perform well in the winter.
