Crankcase breather hose......its discontinued, any ideas?

I got the blow out spark plug drilled and tapped and the insert worked great. I put fresh gas in it and it sounds great idles and revs up awesomely. Figured out that the vacuum leak was the cracked in multiple places crankcase breather tube but it's discontinued. Are you guys making your own or will the marquis tube work? The bend looks slightly different but I think you can just make it work. $30 or just replace hose ends and put some clamps on it?
i haven't changed the fuel filter or done the coolant...once I can drive it home I will do oil and coolant and see if I can do the fuel filter. Still need to install the dorman LCM repair box and replace the heater door actuator.....spend lots of days detailing it. I was going to pay a shop to swap the rear damaged door but I have been watching videos and will try it myself and if I can't get it aligned just have them do the final alignment and put trim piece back on

Get some 11/16" PCV hose and replace both ends on the plastic pipe
