    She Runs

I've had my Marauder since '05. Drove her well for 9yrs and always a joy to drive her...from '16 to '19 had some medical issues between me and my wife...so she sat alone in my garage...pretty much forgotten about...

This year decided to get her back on the road. Checked the oil...surprisingly it was decent...antifreeze...good...b attery...eh not so good...new battery fresh gas and she fired right up...let her idle for a few and pulled her out...she was dusty and dirty as hell...so I gave her a bath...

I've let her see the light of day for the last week or so...

The interior was moldy n musty...so I gave it a quick clean...

I have a list of things that need to be done before I can safely drive her but for now it's a start...

I've thought boiut getting rid of her...'specially with the new Mach1 coming out but...

Another Marauder being brought back to life...

Funny thing though...my wife who wasn't a fan of me getting the Marauder said for a car that is going on 17yrs old it still looks good...

My passenger fender is showing bubbles under the paint at the very same spot. Guess I should start shopping for a new one. Does anyone know if a Crown Vic passenger fender interchanges with the Marauder's? (Stupid question; I know someone here knows ...) Are OEM fenders still available anywhere? Or best to pick one up off eBay or salvage?

Before you buy a new fender make sure it's not just the paint bubbling. Early MM's got crappy paint from the factory and were prone to bubble, mostly on the horizontal surfaces. It was so bad it was warrantied briefly by Mercury. Your bad spot(s) might just need to be sanded and repainted.

    Yes.

Are OEM fenders still available anywhere?
    Yes - 7W7Z-16005-A (RH) / 7W7Z-16006-A (LH) *TASCAPARTS listings.

Or best to pick one up off eBay or salvage?
    Would RECOMMEND OEM.
