QA1 coil over double adjustable shocks here. I know a few members run this as alternative to Einbachs. I'm pleased with my set up. No complaints. I even sold/traded my pair of Eibach springs to a member who hooked me up with the QA1s

You have to go thru Naake suspension to get QA1 for Marauder. Many didn't like them, they needed adjustment regularly. It's all in old posts.

Thats because they're junk, search the old threads (google site:mercurymarauder.net naake), people had issues with shocks blowing out and coils collapsing, Naake would tell people to get bent.

I spoke with one of the owners of Gateway Classic Mustangs at Carlisle this year, they offer tons of chassis and suspension parts for various mustangs and F100's now, he said they also had lots of problems with QA1 hardware and they switched to JRZ coilovers instead.

The ridetechs were one of the best mods I did to my car, they don't ride all that great with lowering coils or cut factory coils (speaking from personal experience). We don't have good shock options for these cars when it comes to a simple coil and spring setup.

I half agree with that... if it's a show/weekend car, yes, shell out for the ridetechs. If you want simplicity and it's a daily driver in almost all weather conditions, you can't beat the Eibachs and KYBs.
