    How to rebuild a Motorcraft 4G alternator

    This is a pretty good video for anyone who has never been inside an alternator. Includes some 4G hacks & tips.

    The voltage regulator is wrong, it should be white.

    Yes, he mentions white, grey & black regs. Hes rebuilding a non-Marauder one in vid. If you order parts, you tell them what color reg you need.

    I only looked at the parts and I didn’t see an option for regulator choice. Just making sure you’re aware, and you are.

    No choice in the immediate, apparently you let them know during the ordering process.

    I mostly shared link for the rebuild procedure (& hacks). Parts availability was a bonus.
