    Sweet pair!
I've always loved the Buick GNs ever since my college buddy bought an '86 GN and whupped my black '85 5.0 GT!
(I had been mercilessly beating his Pontiac 350 Formula up until he bought the GN...lol)
I'd get him through 2nd gear with my 5 speed, but when I hit 3rd.....he'd walk on by in his black GN.

I have 3 vehicles. The 03 Marauder which has been acting up but I plan on supercharging, a 96 Impala that’s burning oil and has a crack in the windshield and I plan on LS Swapping. I love those cars like I couldn’t imagine. I can’t imagine a life without them anymore. This is cliche but for all their flaws, they’re perfect. Lastly I have a 2019 Kia Stinger GT AWD that works perfectly aside from flat tires and blown out suspension living in the northeast and I hate with all my heart. If it were I person I would insult them to their face and in front of their friends. It feels so anemic for 365 hp with twin turbos. It exists merely to drain me financially without the benefit of improved performance unlike my American cars. Don’t believe the hype about the Kia stinger. With that said, it’s for sale on swapalease

Wow you’re the first person I’ve heard talk bad about it. Of course I haven’t been researching.. I love the look of them and the only three or so I’ve seen getting ripped on they looked to be quite fun. Great body lines at least.

Maybe it’s because I’m leasing it. Maybe it’s because it has a gas tank the size of a postage stamp. Maybe it’s because I can’t see out of it. Maybe it’s maybelline. The fact I live in the northeast doesn’t help the low profile tires getting flats and blowing out the suspension. Idk they don’t make them like they used to so I started buying them like they used to and now I’m not impressed with the Stinger

    Huh!

I have a Fusion Sport (2.7L AWD TTV6) and it is a quick car....but a Kia Stinger runs at least 0.50 a second quicker in the 1/4 mile.
I was considering a Stinger GT to replace my Fusion Sport once I'm close to 100,000 miles. (I'm at 70,000 miles now)
Maybe I'll stay away from a Kia Stinger and get a Mustang Mach-E GT.
(I know every Mustang guy hates the new Mustang Mach-E....but the upcoming Mach-E GT only makes 480 HP and 634 Lb-Ft and runs 0-60 in 3.5 seconds.)

The Genesis G70 3.3T is just as fast, cost less and rides better.

The Mustang appears to not charge at a fast pace on chargers that Ford recommends while not at home.

I bought a 2009 Pontiac G8 GT last summer because I no longer wanted to daily the Marauder, it's getting old and considering its rarity on this side of the pond I'd like to preserve it.

Based on the Holden VE Commodore, the G8 was a great choice because they were also sold under the Vauxhall brand in the UK so I no longer need to soruce parts from the US of A which makes life a lot easier. This car came to Germany brand new, albeit not sold here officially, the director of an Opel dealership ordered it through GM dealer channels so although it started life as a Pontiac destined for the US market, it was shipped straight here from the Australian factory and has never been to the US. The previous owner didn't like the Pontiac design so he replaced it with a Vauxhall VXR8 fascia, he only ordered the Pontiac version because they were left hand drive while Holden and Vauxhall were right hand drive.

Previous owner has moved on to a 2017 Chevrolet SS Sedan so his custom built Pontiac went up for sale and I just couldn't help myself. Had done just over 100k miles when I picked it up and I put almost 10k on it in the past 6 months, it's a lot more fun to drive and runs circles around the Marauder but it doesn't beat its comfort on long distance journeys. My goal is also to upgrade to a Chevy SS eventually but this will definitely do for now.

My winter beater is a 1999 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series Touring Sedan, that's a mouth full. Bought it from a Turkish immigrant who got it at auction from the US embassy in Turkey so it's a former diplomatic vehicle, previous owner used it to travel back and forth between Germany and Turkey, that's roughly 2000 miles each way. Despite that, it only had 120k miles when I bought it so I imagine it didn't do any serious mileage in diplomatic service.
