Hi guys,
Part of getting the tranny back in is reconnecting the ebrake cable bracket to installed kmember.
I'm having a hard time doing that.
Anyone have any tips of how to get that bracket in place in order to thread in the two bolts which hold it is place?

Thanks guys...I got it. Long extension and a little neck craning in order to get a look at the bracket hole to k-member hole alignment.
Because the bolts are screw type with tapered diameter ends, they barely catch after a couple turns...and since the tightening of the bolts pulls the bracket to the k-member, there isn't a lot of extra bolt length to catch the threads and start tightening.

I don’t recall anything odd about lining up the bolts? Mine has long since been flipped up side down and bolted to the crossmember perch itself. That was only a matter drilling/tapping two holes.
