7 weeks for tasca to fulfill my order!

Watch out my marauder friends, apparently getting parts from tasca has and is a struggle right now.

i ordered timing guides and arms to do 2 marauders on April 3rd and just received the last part yesterday.

You cannot talk, you must “chat” online and waiting time is 45-2hours...

they waited 3.5 weeks to ship the first batch of parts, all 6 items were thrown into a box with zero protection and zero wrappings. They did not give me all my parts and I ended up chatting 6 god damn times with these idiots because they said the order was fulfilled.

The actual manager disconnected our chat because I asked him when I would get the last part, he said tracking orders would take too much work to track the missing part.

If you decide to order from them, I would order in advance.

https://parts.autonationfordwhitebearlake.com/ is great for parts , just don't let them touch your car.... had them paint my GM after an accident and the assembly was garbage.. but I have ordered a few part from them and the parts department is really good. . LIke anything .. if you want it done right .. .do it yourself.

Ive been using Fordpartsgiant.Com with comparable pricing recently.
They ship from Arizona, which is better for us Californians.

And during the last chat I was informed Matt was the manager of parts, the guy who disconnected because he didn’t want to track it down.
I just cannot believe they went to *****

its ok Bob, I’ve got plenty of projects to keep me busy.... he was referring as to if the missing part had been shipped, missing, or never been at warehouse. Then no packing slip, no emails entire time, no tracking, no response at all.

    zero stars feedback

https://www.getoemparts.com/ apparently is same ownership as Tasca but Ford parts from them are usually cheaper than Tasca. I had a problem with a Pontiac window switch (NIB defective) and the guy (chat of course) went out of his way to get me taken care of.

I recently had a chat convo with Tasca getting info and question on part I wanted to order - that was a fiasco... What a PITA and after all the time put in to the chat, never got the info I wanted. Was like I was chatting with a 10 year old that knew nothing about cars...
