Mine was a gift from MarauderTJA. it's been happily parked under mine for a decade and I always wondered who made them. I worked "in the law enforcement vicinity" and saw Progard window bars, cages, back seat shells but never saw a name or part number on my rear bumper skid plate. I always assumed it was to keep air from ballooning the rear bumper cover at triple digit velocity. I don't see why someone with an outline of one these and a sheet of metal or plastic couldn't just make their own.
