    2021 Louisville Meet

Due to the uncertain and let's say not for the people decisions being made by our "State and City officials" along with personal issues the Louisville Meet this year will be not take place. We hope all is well and more stable and back to somewhat normalcy in 2022. Sorry for any let downs but we think this is the best option. Here's to seeing everyone next year!!!

The mere mentioning of Louisville in August should be still talking about it four months later or very early planning..

It’s like the one thing to look forward to all winter long, not something really thought about at the end of summer and your burning itch to get out is pretty much scratched to death LOL Hell I haven’t even started the hooptie in over two weeks? Three? I finally took it out to dinner last night and put a whopping 4 or 5 miles on it. Good enough for awhile.

The Louisville meet is now being held in September to make it easier to plan and cheaper to attend due to weather, conflicts with holidays and the KY Derby

It worked out perfectly fine for many years prior. I’m just thankful I got in as many years as I did making awesome friendships and memories.

I know, Bob but the constant bit ching about the dates interfering with Mothers Day and what room prices are (directly caused by the Derby) has gotten out of control and wears down those who do all the work to organize (as volunteers!).

This was a better option than ending Looseville, especially as Marauderville is dead.

Can you hear the griping at $175 night rooms now?

The date change cures all these issues. No holiday to deal with, rooms are off peak pricing, weather much higher odds of being nice, etc.

    Win, win, win for all.

The spring meet is changing to something smaller like the Bloomington meet was, so we get to look forward to that!
