High beams and fog lights

no, it's all about maximum lumens aimed at oncoming traffic. Driver visibility is actually better with FL on with high beams as visible range is nearly 180* instead of 30*.

Is this why you ended up in the sandpit at the dragstrip, you had your high beams on?

As others have posted, I like having my foglights on all the time because of the wide and lower field of lighting.
i.e. The sides of the road, close to you, are lit up.
I've avoided multiple animal impacts because my foglights lit up the animals on the shoulder of the road.

I find it puzzling seeing someone getting bashed for asking a simple question. Then further ridiculed when when not in agreement. Thank god congress hasn't amended freedom of speech.

Pretty amazing isn't it, but as you can see I will give my opinion, and being well aware of legalities and lighting as mentioned in Daniel Sterns website I am confident in my decision to have em on.
