I heard whispers about this last week, but I can't find any funeral notices. He was a character to say the least. RIP BigDog.

I had to clean out some of my old IMs and saw messages from Jim. I was just wondering how he was doing.

A true character and will be missed.

    RIP BDJ.

We've lost 3 Jims as Comin in Hot (Derek) reminded me.... Jim Kelly (Wee Jim) was first. :-( May they all be doing big smokey burnouts in heaven.

Big Dog & Ms. D .jpg This is one of my favorite memories of Big Dog. He drove up from South Jersey with his Marauder and his ever-present co-pilot,Garfield, to join Mr. Man and me at our local cruise night several years ago. I think Off Roadkarter (Ryan) and Crabby Patty were also there that night. Another great memory is when Jim loaned me his car so I could drive on the Indianapolis Speedway because Mr. Man was driving my SB. Bigger than life in every way, ("living large and loving life" comes to mind) that was Big Dog Jim. We lost touch the last couple of years. I understand he had moved to northern California. I'm sorry that he's gone. They only made one. Ms. D

    Wow!
    So sad to hear this.....
Jim was a great guy. I loved hangin' out with him at MM.Net events and listening to his stories!
The first MM.Net event that I attended was at Big Bats on Kent Island and Jim was one of the first people that said 'Hello!' and 'Welcome!'.
Big Dog always got me laughing...especially when he told of the hassle in getting his 5XL Marauder owner's leather jacket!
He estimated that 3 cows were needed for all that leather.

    He'll be missed.

What a shock - and what a loss of a great, generous and gregarious founding member. Paladin, we will miss you.
