    New guy from Kansas

I've been lurking this forum off and on for a couple of years usually as a guest, but I have always admired the Marauder. Recently several things lined up perfectly and I called Bob out on his bluff and purchased his car. He has thought of everything and his car is so well put together. Absolutely no regrets about this purchase. Look forward to being a part of this group!

    Bob’s an idiot. Oh wait…

Congrats again David! I don’t think I could have found a better caretaker! I know you’ll take her to the next level in time and I can’t wait to see her blossom!

Take care pal, call anytime, even if to just chit chat like ladies.

    We all make mistakes Bob!

She will definitely be taken care of. She's currently tucked away in the garage for the winter as we're due for more snow and salt later this week.

You too man. Hopefully I run into you again at one of these Marauder meets!

If these cars last as long as the epic and groundbreaking rods of the 40s and 50s, JBs Marauder (yes, there are others) will be considered on par with the T-Buckets and Lakesters of that era.

    "Next level" Marauder (and owner).

You are lucky to own it.

    Congratulations!

Welcome aboard! I'm glad you took my advise to buy Bob's car, you made the right choice.
You "feel" the difference because you want to "feel" the difference. Since you just spent money on the upgrade you "have" to feel the difference

I'm looking to eliminate the double pump process I have to follow right now to get the pedal hard

Welcome from a fellow Kansan. We typically convoy with other Kansas people when we go to the meets (if someone would ever set one up again). You got yourself a bad ride there my friend. Congratulations to you, and BOB, I AM STILL MAD AT YOU!

Thanks. I'm assuming you are the "Neil", Bob talked so much about. Definitely will have to meet up at some point.

I was talking about his wife and her awesomeness, I might have thrown in a couple of nouns, er words regarding Neil? Not sure.

Anyways, let’s keep this between you, me, and the internet. He’s no doubt pretty cool if it were only dudes hanging out but we can’t let him go out and get a big head over it and all. He is rather cute though.

Do you Kansas folks ever go to the June Ford regional meet in Tulsa? I haven't in years, but thinking about it for this year. Driving the Marauder on the road course is a hoot.
